Lincoln Navigator 2024: Redesign and Update. The current generation of Lincoln’s flagship SUV has been around since 2017, so it’s no wonder that the next year is about to bring some pretty big updates. Still, the main reason for this refresh probably lays in the fact that the all-new Cadillac Escalade has just arrived. It has brought tons of novelties and in many ways, it feels better than its arch rival. It’s no wonder that the Lincoln Navigator 2024 refresh will bring changes in various aspects.
Naturally, the center of this update will be the styling update, but there is much more to expect. Besides the new look, this SUV will also come with big novelties on the inside, including lots of new tech features. We could easily see novelties under the hood. The hybrid version has been rumored, but the officials are still quiet on this matter.

Lincoln Navigator 2024 Engines
Even though the new Escalade comes with eight cylinders, we have no doubt that the updated Navigator will continue with the same V6 engine. Of course, we are talking about a well-known 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 unit, which puts out around 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque. With such an impressive amount of power and torque, it’s no wonder that the ride is really smooth. Moreover, the Navigator also offers pretty decent driving dynamics. Also, the engine comes in pair with a really nice 10-speed automatic transmission, which is smooth and shifts on time.
When it comes to fuel economy, you may count on about 16 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway, which is quite decent for the class.
Lincoln Navigator 2024 Facelift
Of all, this won’t be a full Lincoln Navigator 2024 redesign, despite the huge amount of changes. Instead, it will rather be a massive mid-cycle update, which will bring novelties in every aspect. Without any doubt, styling changes will be the most prominent. At this point the test mule still wears the camouflage, so we don’t know the details. The cover is reserved for certain areas only, so we know which parts will get revisions.

Obviously, most of the changes will happen at the front. We presume that the focus will be on the front fascia, though the grille could include a new patter or maybe even some slight reshaping. On the other side, headlights will remain the same. The rear end of the mule also wears a cover, which clearly indicates that we are about to see changes in areas like a tailgate, rear bumper etc. Of course, typical mid-cycle updates like new colors and wheels are also expected.
Interior
At this point, most of the cabin is still a mystery. The spy shots show a covered dashboard and the only thing we can see is a new touchscreen, which looks notably bigger compared to the current 10-inch unit. We presume a few more tech features will be introduced, which will help the Lincoln Navigator 2024 to keep pace with the new Escalade, which looks really impressive in this aspect. Of course, we also count on updates in terms of materials, color schemes and similar things.
On the other side, the overall layout will remain the same. You may count on the same amount of passenger and cargo space, as well as on the same seating configurations. Of course, this SUV comes with three rows of seats, while you can also get versions with second-row captain’s seats.
What About Hybrid Powertrain?
This is one of the most intriguing things about the Lincoln Navigator 2024 changes. On one side, this powertrain has been officially confirmed for the corporal siblings, Ford Expedition and F-150. On the other, Lincoln spokesmen are still quiet about this.
If it happens, we have no doubt that things will be the same as in the aforementioned SUV and truck. Therefore, you may count on a system that is based on a 3.5-liter V6 engine, which delivers a combined output of 430 horsepower and 570 pound-feet of torque. It would also come in pair with a 10-speed automatic transmission. If we look at the numbers, driving dynamics would be quite similar to the standard powertrain. Still, this particular version will probably offer a slightly better fuel economy. At this point, it’s hard to speculate about mpg ratings.
Lincoln Navigator 2024 Release Date and Price
As we already mentioned, the updated version is expected to arrive this summer. When it comes to the Lincoln Navigator 2024 price, we don’t expect to see a bigger increase compared to the current model, which starts at around 77.000 dollars.
