The new 6.2-liter and 5.3-liter may be again there.The output of the predecessor has been 355 horsepower for the 5.3-liter V8 engine and 420 horsepower for the 6,2 liter. A new 3.0-liter diesel unit may also sit under the hood- based on trim chosen.

The towing capacity may get a boost for 2024. The previous model has maximum 12.000 lbs towing capacity. The engines will have a new 10-speed automatic transmission gearbox and a Dynamic Fuel Management setup.

The official launch date is March 1, 2018, but the sale of new GMC Sierra 1500 range may begin in late 2018. The range may get a modest price hike if we compare it with the predecessor. We expect the price to be in the range from $31.000 to 70.000.
